You may have heard that the ‘Living Wage’ is coming in and wondered what this means to you. In brief, the living wage is being introduced in stages starting April 2016 where the minimum rate for employees over 25 will be increased to £7.20 per hour, this will rise to £9.00 per hour by 2020.
